Resolutions on sanctions and complaints resolved
We have the authority to perform inspections and issue sanctions on subjects of an audiovisual nature.

The National Commission on Markets and Competition shall exercise the authority to perform inspections and issue sanctions in accordance with the provisions found in Chapter II of Title IV of Law 15/2007 of 3 July; in Title VI of Law 7/2010 of 31 March; in Title VIII of Law 32/2003 of 3 November, in the General Law on Telecommunications, etc.

The sanctioning procedures for audiovisual subjects shall be regulated by the general principles found in Chapter II of Title IX of Law 30/1992 of 26 November, on the Legal Regimen for Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedures, as well as the regulatory developments of this law.
We also issue rulings on any complaints related to audiovisual contents that do not give rise to sanctioning requests or procedures.
