We supervise the economic and financial status of companies that carry out regulated activities.
We have jurisdiction to know about operations for acquisition of shares in the energy sector according to what is established in the provision. We can establish conditions related to exercising activity of companies subject to communicated operations if it is considered that there is a real threat that is sufficiently serious to the guarantee of electricity, gas, and hydrocarbon supply.
