Funding of the Universal Postal Service (SPU)
We manage the pool of funding for the Universal Postal Service and other public provisions that affect its financing.
On an annual basis, we verify the net cost of the public service obligations for the Universal Postal Service as imposed upon the designated operator, and we determine the amount of any unfair financing charges that the obligations for providing public Universal Postal Service impose upon this operator.
