Price review

We verify that the Universal Postal Service (SPU in Spanish) prices comply with the principles of affordability, non-discrimination, transparency, and cost-orientation, in a manner that provides incentives for efficient provision of these services.

We also review the prices for postal service provided with public service obligations when electoral processes are being held.

We also confirm that the prices and discounts given to customers do not entail an increase in the SPU's financing needs or unfair financial charges for which the designated operator is being compensated, and that these prices and other associated terms and conditions are transparent and non-discriminatory.
