Resolution of disputes

We resolve the appeals submitted against decisions made by Aena to modify or update its airport charges. This resolution includes revision of the charge modification when appropriate (while still respecting the IMAAJ), or as the case may be, the standards that correspond with the service quality indicators and levels considered applicable, and consistent with the revised charge modification.
