The Digital Services Act (hereinafter DSA, for its acronym in English Digital Services Act). is a European regulation that governs online services to ensure a safe and transparent digital environment. In Spain, the CNMC acts as the Digital Services Coordinator, overseeing that service providers comply with their obligations and protect users' rights, especially minors.
