Biofuels
Biofuel Certification
Until December 31, 2020, we were the entity responsible for issuing biofuel certificates, managing the certification mechanism, and supervising and controlling the obligation to market biofuels in Spain, having issued circulars for the exercise of this function.
From that date, the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge has effectively assumed the functions as the Certification Entity, pursuant to the provisions of the sixth transitional provision of Royal Decree 500/2020, of April 28.
