Public Procurement and Competition Guides

We develop guides to provide guidance to public procurement officials in making decisions that promote competitive conditions throughout the entire procurement process. Currently, the Public Procurement and Competition Guide (2011) is undergoing phased review, respecting the natural order of its processing: planning, preparation and design, awarding, execution, and evaluation.
