Who can file a claim?

Any obstacles or barriers of any kind to the application of the LGUM can be reported by:

  • Economic operators.
  • Organizations representing economic operators, including Official Chambers of Commerce and professional associations.
  • Consumers and users.
  • Consumer and user associations.

Who to contact?

The Secretariat of the Council for Market Unity (Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness) is responsible for studying the claim.

Within fifteen days, the Secretariat will inform the applicant about the solution reached.

 

What is the CNMC's role?

Our involvement in this mechanism includes the possibility of issuing a report, which may include proposals for action.
