Market Rules and Operating Procedures

We approve the methodologies and operating rules of organized markets, as well as the operating procedures related to the system operation that correspond to the regulatory authority in accordance with the norms of European Community law.

European Scope Regulations

We approve the methodologies and terms and conditions included in the European electricity regulations.
European regulations grant national regulators of member states, including the CNMC, the authority to approve methodologies and terms and conditions that regulate various aspects of electricity markets, related to the following regulations:
