We resolve conflicts between agents raised regarding contracts related to third-party access to transport and, where applicable, distribution networks, as well as those raised in relation to the economic and technical management of the system and transport, including connections between facilities.
Additionally, we act as an arbitration body when requested by energy operators under the application of arbitration law or when it is within our legal competence.
