Report in cases of barriers to market unity: article 28 of the Law on Ensuring Market Unity

We are involved as a point of contact during the mechanism from article 28 of the Law on Ensuring Market Unity. That mechanism can be invoked by economic operators, or by consumers and users, before the Secretary of the Board for Market Unity (Ministry of the Economy and Competitiveness) in cases where any type of obstacles or barriers exist in relation to application of the cited Law.

Our involvement in this mechanism includes the possibility of issuing a report, which may include proposals for action. Within a period of 15 days, the cited Secretary will provide notification to the requester regarding the solution reached.
