Disputes

We are able to resolve the following types of disputes in the audiovisual communications market:

• Those that arise between agents involved in the audiovisual communication markets on subjects where the Commission has been given authority.
• Those that arise in relation to granting of radio and television channels, as referred to in article 31 of Law 7/2010 of 31 March, on Audiovisual Communication.
• Those that arise in relation to access to sports stadiums and facilities by providers of audiovisual radio communication services, as referred to in article 19.4 of Law 7/2010 of 31 March, on Audiovisual Communication.
