We annually verify the analytical accounts of the designated operator, checking, among other things, that they clearly differentiate each of the services and products that are part of the SPU and other services and products.

We measure the conditions of SPU provision to check its quality

Verification of net cost and unfair financial burden

We annually verify the net cost of SPU provision and determine the amount of the unfair financial burden to be compensated to the designated operator for providing that SPU.
We manage the SPU Financing Fund.

Quality

We carry out control and monitoring of the conditions of Universal Postal Service provision. We annually supervise the compliance by the designated operator with the quality objectives established regarding:

• General conditions of provision.
• Customer service.
• Deadlines for distribution and delivery of domestic shipments.
